Message from our CEO/Owner Matthew Northage
Welcome to MTB Gains, during my 25+ years in the strength and conditioning field, I’ve learned a lot and worked with some awesome athletes from a variety of power sports; when it comes to mountain biking this is our passion, we know our programs work because we use them ourselves, we can guarantee that if you continue to follow our programs you will improve your riding,
We know that you can’t significantly improve your strength and conditioning by following a 4, 6 or 8 week program. If it was that simple everyone would be walking around jacked and all mountain bikers would be flying up and down the hills. Thanks to a host of variables (genetics, diet, lifestyle, etc etc) everyone progresses at a different pace, that’s why our programs are designed to allow you to scale up or down on key exercises, are focused on the discipline you mainly ride and continuously challenge your body to adapt and improve. When joining the MTB Gains team you can start immediately, continue for as long as you want, and then cancel your subscription at any time.
