THE PROGRAMS
While XC and endurance riders have amazing aerobic capacity many fall short in the areas of strength and conditioning. So many xc riders stay with the pace on the uphills and the flats but once they approach a downhill or technical terrain the lose too much time. Rather than being a skills problem its often a strength issue; a modern day XC rider needs the strength to control the bike over steep and technical terrain, upper body and core strength is paramount, but too may XC riders just focus on their legs.

THE PROGRAMS
XC MTB
Designed around modern XC riders, the program is built around 2 days of full body workouts plus an additional day to focus on strength and stability of the core and shoulders. Often the weak link in the armory of an XC athlete, we strengthen these areas to create a fully balanced athlete that has the strength and muscular endurance in the right muscle groups to compete on any terrain in any conditions. All our workouts have options to scale up or down depending on your experience, goals and ability, making them suitable for all.
