THE PROGRAMS
Regardless of whether you’re new to the sport, life has taken its toll on your fitness, or you just want to maximise every minute you spend on the trails, our eBike program will progress your riding. Most ebike riders are covering a lot more distance than on a regular rider. During a ‘standard’ ride most will do double the downhills they achieved on a pedal bike, plus the extra 10kg on the bike means most riders have sore muscles after each ride…………… Not Anymore, our program will address that so you’re no longer feeling like you’re back on the rugby pitch.

THE PROGRAMS
EBIKE MTB
Due to the added weight of the bike and the obvious assistance when pedaling, the demands on the body’s musculature differ to leg powered mountain bikers. Also, during your average 1-2 hour ride, ebike riders are covering a lot more distance than most regular riders, that’s way more drops, rocks and techy terrain massively increase the workload of the muscles; and ebikers wonder why they have muscle soreness like they’ve never had before!
Our program consists of 3 workouts a week (although you’d still see some results with 2 workouts) designed to build the strength and muscular endurance in the muscles ebikers require. Get rid of the muscle soreness and improve your performance on the bike, sign-up now.
