Downhill is not the same as enduro and that’s why our program is different. The unique demands of a downhill mtb athlete commands a program that is build around the needs of the body. Downhill riders need the strength to ride fast as lightening down some of the most demanding trails, while having the conditioning in the legs and core to sustain multiple high power micro bursts of the pedals. All this while still being able to focus on the terrain and make split second decisions on course lines.
