ENDURO/TRAIL
The demands on enduro riders are multiple; full body strength for repeated climbs and speedy descents, endurance in the legs to get you up the hills, in upper body to help attack the downs and a rock solid core to link it all together. This program will improve all these aspects of your riding so you can ride faster for longer without that slow decline in performance over time.
The program.
We use a conjugate style approach to allow us to effectively train the many facets an effective rider needs. This allows you to join the program at any time rather than wait in from the start of a ‘cycle’. This approach also tends to keep athletes happier as training doesn’t get stale and includes enough variety to keep them stimulated both physically and mentally.
We’ve also added a body balance session to this program which mainly focuses on loosening up some tired muscles and adding some stability to the major joints which take a beating as you’re flying down the trails.
